Summer Time Macarons

A few weeks back I was contacted by Danni at oh, hello friend, she and her friend Ruby from mycakies were hosting a photography workshop, snap it pretty in California and were in need of some goodies. Danni & Ruby's blogs are so adorable and PRETTY, and their pictures are just as amazing. I love their obsessions with vintage & pretty things!

I had been wanting to try a handful of new flavors ideas, so I figured this was the perfect time.

I started with some double-dutch mocha latte macarons, yum!

Then I decided, since it was a summer workshop and was going to be outside, these ladies were going to need some summer-time flavors. 

Double Raspberry anyone? 

Raspberry macaron shells with a fresh raspberry butter cream!

Or, how about a raspberry lemonade? 

Sweet raspberry macaron shells & a refreshing lemon butter cream! 

Oh, wait... what about raspberry & vanilla bean? 

Simple, yet so delicious!

Or there's always the raspberry & dark chocolate! Perfect for the chocolate lover in you!

Are you sensing a raspberry theme? Yeah, I know... raspberries are in season, so I went a little overboard. It's okay, I don't think it bothered them any!

It looks like Danni, Ruby and their guests had a great time!
